The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving our store standards and delivering a first‑class experience.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
* Build outfits for customers and recommend additional products.
* Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
* Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
* Maintain shop and stock room presentation and organization.

* Have experience in hospitality or retail and can connect with consumers.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate to win.
* Inspire trust and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
* Adapt quickly to new situations.
