We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef at Fairfield House Hotel. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will play a key role in maintaining RAD Hotel Group's culinary excellence while adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen
* Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
* Cook and plate dishes according to the established recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring taste, quality, and visual appeal
* Communicate effectively with all kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
* Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise waste
* Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations and procedures
* Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence
The successful person will look like:
* Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial
* Previous experience at Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef level or above
* Creative with eye for detail
* A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* A strong passion for food

Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
