About The Role: Lloyd & Whyte, proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for an Insurance Adviser to join our Community Broking team in the Llanelli office. You will provide exceptional service and advice to clients to maximise client satisfaction and support the business strategy with existing and new income targets.

What Youll Be Doing
* Providing professional support and advice to clients to ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction
* Answering client queries, handling renewals and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner
* Processing new business quotations and/or presentations to market on behalf of Account Executives within requested timescales
* Ensuring all policy administration is handled professionally and promptly
* Focusing on timely collection of client money in accordance with company procedures
* Proactively informing clients of alternative products, advising on potential gaps in cover and conducting regular insurance reviews

* Confidence and ability to build rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience
* Ability to provide holistic advice based on reviews and recommendations
* Tenacious and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
* Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team
* Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client-focused environment
