Apprentice Administrator
Are you organised, eager to learn, and ready to start your career in administration? We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Administrator to join our team at a well-known shopping centre in Cheltenham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, customer service, and marketing, while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You’ll receive full training and support to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed in a busy office environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Centre Manager and wider team with day-to-day administration
Acting as a first point of contact for occupiers, visitors, and customers
Assisting with centre communications, newsletters, and meetings
Learning how to support marketing campaigns, events, and social media updates
Helping with financial administration such as invoices and purchase orders
Ensuring smooth office operations and record keeping
What we’re looking for:
Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a positive attitude
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
