A highly regarded regional accountancy practice is seeking an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior or Senior to join its expanding team in Bedfordshire. The Audit & Accounts Semi Senior / Senior Role
Working as part of an established and collaborative team, you will:
* Deliver a portfolio of assignments with an approximate 70% audit / 30% accounts split.
* Assist in audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Prepare statutory accounts and supporting documentation for a range of limited companies, partnerships, and other entities.
* Liaise directly with clients, providing a high level of service and building strong working relationships.
* Support and mentor trainees as they progress through their qualifications.
About You
You will ideally:
* Be ACA / ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified, or have equivalent experience within a UK practice environment.
* Have audit experience gained from working with owner-managed and mid-sized businesses.
* Possess solid knowledge of FRS 102, along with good practical experience in accounts preparation.
* Be confident, organised, and client-focused, with strong communication and teamworking skills.
