Lead and manage specialist programmes including: Cyclical painting Domestic servicing programmes Specialist maintenance Housing disrepair and damp management HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) compliance Out-of-hours emergency response Implement strategies to improve efficiency and optimise resources.
