* £45,000 – £60,000 base salary

THE ROLE
* Lead delivery of Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration instructions on residential‑led schemes
* Manage projects across housing, care and education sectors
* Administer contracts from pre‑contract through to completion and final account
* Provide professional services including dilapidations and schedules of condition
* Act as primary contact for clients, consultants and contractors
* Monitor programme, cost and risk across live instructions
* Prepare and review technical reports and contract documentation
* Support fee delivery and instruction performance
* Mentor junior surveyors and APC candidates
* Contribute to service line development within contract administration and EA delivery
ABOUT THE CONSULTANCY
* Independent building consultancy operating across the South East.
* Client base includes private developers, housing providers and public sector bodies.
* Service lines cover project delivery and professional building surveying instructions.
* Role created to support increased instruction volume and strengthen EA/CA delivery capability.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
* MRICS Chartered status
* Proven experience delivering Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration instructions
* Exposure to residential, care or education sector projects
* Ability to manage client relationships and project stakeholders
* Strong technical reporting capability
* Commercial awareness across project delivery and risk management
