Oversee network operations under the Highways PFI contract. Approve and review the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program. Inspect and audit site conditions and ensure compliance. Manage road space bookings and emergency road closures. Conduct safety and cleanliness inspections. Evaluate Service Provider performance and initiate audits as needed. Lead meetings with Network Board, Programme Board, and Member Review Board. Handle communications with the public and local councils. Approve treatment plans and maintenance strategies. Manage condition surveys and handback conditions. Oversee Communications, Press Releases, and website updates. Person Specifications Must Have Ability to work on the Isle of Wight 2-3 days a week. Strong leadership and management skills. Experience in contract management and network operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
