The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and innovation, our client is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive business development and relationship management across a designated sales territory. This high-profile position offers excellent scope for career progression within a supportive, well-established technical sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed area goals.
* Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers, OEMs, and contractors.
* Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and promote specialist components for HVACR and industrial applications.
* Deliver technical advice and solutions to support clients' projects and procurement needs.
* Monitor and analyze area sales performance, producing regular reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Area Sales Manager Profile
* Proven experience in internal/area sales or account management within the HVACR, engineering, technical, or distribution sectors.
* Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
* Driven, self‑motivated, and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a wider sales team.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area; full driving licence required.
