Platform Property Care is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Housing Repairs and Maintenance Senior Manager to lead a locality in Derbyshire Dales as a Locality Operations Manager.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the delivery of responsive repairs, void refurbishments, and planned works, ensuring customer experiences reflect our values of care, consistency, and accountability.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading and motivating Locality Area Managers, In-Day Schedulers, and Trade Operatives
* Delivering customer-first services with right-first-time repairs and voids
* Embedding a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver value
* Using data to inform decisions and improve performance
* Collaborating with Housing, Neighbourhoods, Commercial, and Asset teams for seamless service delivery
It is Essential that you’ll bring
* Strong technical knowledge of property maintenance and building compliance
* Understanding of Health & Safety legislation, Decent Homes Standard, and HHSRS
* Experience in leading teams and service improvements
* Collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and development
* An HNC/HND in Construction or Building Management (or working towards) and/or CIH Level 4
You’ll be measured on success by:
* 95% of repairs and voids completed within target
* 85% first-time fix rate
* 95% customer satisfaction
* Delivering improvements, cost-efficiency, and sustainability outcomes
* Engagement, culture, and employee turnover metrics
