With a strong international presence and a growing reseller network, the business has built a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality products used in technically demanding environments across multiple industries. As part of their continued expansion across Europe, they are now seeking a European Business Development Manager to help drive growth, build strong commercial relationships, and strengthen their market footprint. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a European sales strategy in line with the company’s wider commercial goals. Identify and grow new opportunities through both direct sales and reseller partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to set and exceed annual sales targets across territories. Provide training, guidance, and support to reseller partners to improve performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide regular reports and market feedback to support planning and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant quality standards. Represent the business at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in B2B technical sales and business development. Experience managing reseller or distribution networks across multiple European markets. Ability to develop long-term customer relationships and spot new growth opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong organisational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working remotely and independently within a wider collaborative team. Competent in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
