This role offers the Senior Project Manager a chance to lead projects within commercial, industrial, and public sector frameworks - typically valued between £20m - £100m. The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing entire project lifecycles, including feasibility, design coordination, procurement, contract administration and project close-out. You'll liaise with client stakeholders, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators and project objectives.
This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring Project Managers, and contributing to business development activities. Regular client interaction and reporting will be expected, so strong presentation and commercial awareness are essential.
The Senior Project Manager
Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB) - essential
Minimum 6 years' UK consultancy experience
Excellent client relationship and leadership skills
Experience in JCT/NEC contract administration
