Early Years Educator (Level 3)
Up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with value of additional benefits after one years’ service: £5,287. Saltford – split‑site setting with Nursery and Pre‑School. Full‑time, Part‑time or Flexible Working can be supported.

This is a well‑established, high‑performing setting that has a strong reputation in the local community for providing consistent, high‑quality early years care.
The setting is split across two sites: the nursery located on the main road in Saltford, and the pre‑school based within the grounds of Saltford Primary School, with additional after‑school club provision also delivered. The team supports a positive and collaborative working culture across both sites.

What you’ll do:
* Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
* Support each child’s individual development and wellbeing
* Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and school staff
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
* Contribute to after‑school club provision when required
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Strong knowledge of child development
* Confident, collaborative, and professional communicator
* Inclusive, reflective, and committed to ongoing development
* Ability to work across nursery and pre‑school settings
Nice to have:
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Experience supporting children with additional needs
* Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery systems
