Job Description
Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, invites individuals with great personalities and experience in customer‑focused roles from retail or hospitality to join as Branch Managers. No prior experience required – full training will be provided alongside an experienced hub manager for several weeks to equip you with the essential skills needed for a successful career in our department.
You will use your initiative to complete a range of photographic services for customers, including prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts and Photoshop work. The role also involves training in services, management and customer service, and working full‑time 40 hours over five days with the possibility of overtime when trained.
Responsibilities
* Use initiative to provide photographic services such as prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts and Photoshop.
* Collaborate with a hub manager for onboarding and ongoing training during initial weeks.
* Participate in management and customer service training programs.
* Work full‑time 40 hours over five days, including weekends, with overtime opportunities after training.
