About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join the production team at Baileys Mallusk as a Logistics Operator, playing a key role in ensuring product quality, customer service and operational performance from raw material intake through to final product. The role holder will manage material and finished-goods movements, operator warehouse/packaging line equipment, and complete documentation associated with material control and shipping. They will be responsible for analysing and reporting performance indicators in line with Manufacturing Excellence, supporting continuous improvements that enhance safety, yield, and service. The Logistics Operator will also ensure full compliance with all Risk Management processes, including Health & Safety, Customs & Excise, Quality and Environmental standards. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, they will contribute directly to the smooth running of the bottling hall and wider supply chain operations, with full training provided onsite. About You The ideal candidate will bring experience in logistics or materials handling within a manufacturing, FMCG, food/drink or pharmaceutical environment. They will have a good standard of education, strong computer literacy and an understanding of component and material supply processes. A valid forklift truck licence-either current or previously held-is highly advantageous, with shunter experience or SAP warehouse clerical experience considered desirable. Adaptability and flexibility are essential, as the role operates across varying shift patterns aligned to seasonal production demand. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing operations team, supporting safe, efficient and compliant site performance.
