About the Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and drivenProduction Supervisorto lead a manufacturing team on the 2nd shift within a fast-paced engineering environment. You will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor
1. Lead, support, and develop a team of production staff, including performance management and training
2. Plan and allocate work, ensuring smooth workflow and effective shift handovers
3. Ensure all production output meets quality, safety, and delivery targets
4. Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions where required
