Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redhill, Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in supporting a Contracts Manager and engineering teams across multiple sites, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and clients receive excellent service.
The Role
As Contracts Administrator, your duties will include:
* Managing administration for a portfolio of client sites
* Handling incoming client callouts via phone and email
* Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads
* Raising purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors
* Updating internal systems and client databases
* Producing documentation for invoicing
* Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting
* Answering calls and providing general office support
* Filing, data entry and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Able to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
* Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
* Facilities maintenance or engineering administration experience
* Experience using CAFM or helpdesk systems
