Salt is excited to once again support this Leading Global enterprise software company as they seek to hire a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team on an ASAP starting, 12 month contract opportunity. This role will operate Inside IR35/PAYE and be hybrid operating (2 days per week) to their HQ in London.
This role is critical in driving the successful planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the region, helping to build engagement, grow pipeline, and ensure operational excellence.
As the central point of coordination, you will work across teams and stakeholders to deliver complex marketing programs efficiently, aligning activity with strategic objectives and enabling scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the campaign delivery strategy, timeline, and governance process for EMEA marketing programs.
* Partner with campaign stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
* Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery to agreed goals.
* Collaborate closely with teams across Digital, Creative, Localisation, Marketing Ops, and Regional Field Marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns.
* Manage the end-to-end briefing process for campaign tactics (e.g., email, events, digital ads), ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment.
* Lead initiatives to simplify processes and pilot new models that improve how the team operates.
* Act as the key contact for regional stakeholders, managing communications from early-stage opt-in through to final campaign approvals.
* Assist in executing specific campaign tactics (e.g., webinars, landing pages, email marketing) and monitor performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
* Support the adoption and rollout of new tools and platforms to enhance campaign efficiency and engagement.
What You’ll Bring:
* 3-5 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign and project management, ideally within tech or a fast-paced, international environment.
* Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
* Clear, confident written and verbal communicator with strong stakeholder management experience across regions and functions.
* A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong track record of delivering impactful marketing programs.
* Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, analytics, and project management tools (e.g. Workfront).
* A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and making complex workstreams run smoothly.
