About you:
* Previous supervisory experience within cleaning, facilities management, or a related environment
* Strong leadership and people management capabilities
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
* Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full clean driving licence
* Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
What you'll do:
* Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning function, ensuring excellent presentation and hygiene standards
* Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet operational objectives
* Prepare staff rotas and manage holiday scheduling effectively
* Carry out site quality inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures
* Manage client communication and respond to issues or complaints in a professional manner
* Monitor stock levels, cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment to support uninterrupted service delivery
