Job Title: Shift Manager Designate Location: Dunstable Distribution Centre Department: Logistics / Supply Chain Role Purpose: A Shift Manager Designate supports the Assistant Distribution Centre Manager with the daily management of all site operations, leading Team Leaders within the various departments on site. A passion for results will ensure that all specified standards are maintained if not exceeded, ensuring resources are planned and controlled. Working as one team to ensure that operational efficiencies are identified and maximized and within agreed budgets and timescales; Leading Growth & Innovation within the team, utilizing appropriate resources and safe working practices; to be an ambassador to help create a Supply Chain that makes our customer smile!
