Yellow Stone & Provide Finance work across the Commercial and Business sector providing solutions to client's finance needs. We operate our own Commercial & Business finance sourcing tool that is used by numerous other finance brokers, so we deal with both direct customers and other finance intermediaries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial operations of the organisation. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the financial arena and experience of working as a mortgage admin or para-planner would be desirable. You will possess strong organisational skills and an attention to detail. This role is essential in providing ongoing support to the business and ensuring accurate provision of information to our customers.

Duties

* Support brokers with the administration of mortgages.
* Key information into Lender's systems
* Speak with clients regarding their applications.
* Work across the team.
* Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and best practices.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the organisation

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a financial administrative role is advantageous.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
