The Role – Audit Manager
The Audit Manager will take ownership of audit delivery across a varied client base, ensuring quality, consistency and strong client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments
* Overseeing audit quality, compliance and technical standards
* Acting as the primary escalation point for audit clients
* Reviewing audit files and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Managing budgets, deadlines and audit resources
* Coaching, mentoring and developing Audit Seniors and trainees
* Supporting Partners with audit strategy and client development
* Identifying opportunities to improve audit processes and delivery
This is a managerial role, focused on leadership, oversight and client confidence rather than hands‑on testing alone.
