Job Title: Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer Location: North London Salary: 46k Salary Hours: Monday to Friday, 7-3:15 Package: Company Van Fuel Card | Overtime Available | 27 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays (rising to 31 after 5 years) | Training & Progression The Role: We’re partnering with a leading Building Services provider who are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer to join their team. You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with a solid mechanical or plumbing background who wants to develop within a growing business that values its staff. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems across multiple sites * Work on systems such as pumps, valves, pipework, heating systems, calorifiers, and hot & cold water services * Support minor electrical and fabric repairs when needed * Liaise with clients and the helpdesk to deliver a high-quality service * Participate in overtime and call-out rota when required What You’ll Need: * Recognised qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3) * Previous experience in commercial maintenance * Full UK driving licence * Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
