As a Business System Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Setting up users, managing permissions, and configuring systems.
- Triaging and troubleshooting issues, and liaising with vendor support for third-party applications.
- Supporting internal Help Desk tickets for IFS and other business systems.
- Participating in occasional project work and collaborating with reporting and integration teams.
- Engaging with system users and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Your experience as a Business System Support Analyst should include:
- 2–5 years in a similar technical systems support/analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of IFS, preferably Apps 10 and Cloud (minimum Apps 9/10).
- A solid foundation in Oracle database, SQL/PLSQL development.
- Experience with integrations and cloud environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with service and maintenance modules in IFS.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications and certifications:
- Full UK citizenship and the right to work in the UK (due to security clearance needs).
- Willingness to undergo or possess defence security clearance.
