We are seeking a Manager, Educator Network to join our dynamic team in London. This role is pivotal in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with world-class educators who deliver transformative learning experiences for our clients. You’ll collaborate with global teams, support high-impact projects, and help shape the future of leadership development.
What You’ll Do
Educator Sourcing & Relationship Management
* Act as a strategic partner to internal teams to source educators aligned with project needs and budgets.
* Recommend educator solutions and prepare them for client or team conversations.
* Negotiate educator rates from both project and enterprise perspectives.
* Research, evaluate, and onboard new educators, including Show & Tells and workshops.
* Serve as a single point of contact for educator concerns and feedback.
* Develop and implement processes to ensure smooth educator engagement and administration.
Project & Program Support
* Provide educator recommendations to project and proposal teams.
* Manage evaluation processes and program coordination for assigned geographies or clients.
* Attend DRB meetings and advise on faculty strategy for design and proposals.
* Support monthly reporting for MGST and London townhalls.
* Conduct onboarding and D365 GEN training for new team members.
* Lead the planning and execution of Educator Academies.
Knowledge & Event Management
* Manage and execute Show & Tells, including educator liaison, facilitation, note-taking, and feedback logging.
* Coordinate Coffee Breaks to share educator experiences with internal teams.
* Maintain and update educator bios, rates, and contract details in D365 GEN, Duke CE’s proprietary educator management system.
* Collaborate with video experts and educators to maintain a high-quality internal video library.
* Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure proper contract administration.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service or client relationship management.
* Experience in higher education or executive education is a plus.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
