A leading global investment management firm is seeking a skilled Client Services Writer to join its Client Operations function. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class team that supports institutional clients across more than 60 countries. The firm manages assets on behalf of a diverse client base including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and public institutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client-related documentation. This role plays a key part in supporting business development, client servicing, and ensuring the firm’s investment and operational capabilities are presented clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Write, edit and proofread firm- and product-level content for client questionnaires and related materials.
* Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, trading operations, compliance processes, and risk management.
* Partner with investment, client-facing, and operational teams to ensure accurate, insightful, and consistent messaging.
* Manage and maintain content using the firm’s internal content management and response systems.
* Stay informed on market trends and client priorities to ensure all responses are current and aligned with client expectations.
About You
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in RFP.
* Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
* Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
* Experience with content management tools (such as Loopio) is an advantage.
