1. Proven experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice
2. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax codes, regulations, and deadlines
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet client and business expectations
4. Excellentmunication skills, including handling HMRC queries
5. ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA qualified or studying towards qualification
6. Confidence in mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
