The specialist Restructuring, Advisory + Insolvency practice provides partner-led solutions across fraud investigations, distressed regulated financial services, trading administrations, and complex liquidations, offering a highly visible platform where senior leaders directly impact corporate growth.ResponsibilitiesAct as a formal appointment-taker across a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency and advisory engagements.Originate and develop new restructuring instructions through an established network of banks, asset-based lenders (ABLs), private equity houses, and legal professionals.Lead complex advisory assignments, overseeing case strategy, risk management, and statutory compliance to the highest professional standards.Collaborate closely with the existing national Partner group to inherit and manage prominent client and introducer relationships as part of a formal succession plan.Drive the firm’s brand presence and profile across the Manchester and wider North West corporate finance and restructuring market.Mentor, develop, and inspire senior managers and future leaders within the close-knit regional team.What You’ll Receive25 days annual leave (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days).8% employer pension contribution.Hybrid working pattern allowing for 2–3 days of remote working per week.Private medical care.Discretionary corporate bonus scheme.Enhanced parental leave providing 22 weeks of full pay.
