Responsibilities
* Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using Carrier’s equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories and competitor sites.
* Make effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessments, answer questions and secure new customer maintenance agreements.
* Establish customer rapport and employ effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s needs, budget, decision‑making process, timeline, and next steps.
* Perform site surveys and facility walkthroughs to assess equipment and site conditions, evaluate customer needs, and create proposals for maintenance agreements.
* Utilise Salesforce and other sales tools to track and develop an active backlog of sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with operations to deliver quality results on Maintenance Agreements and resolve customer issues.

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong service sales background.
* Familiarity with the chiller, HVAC or heat‑pump marketplace is a bonus, or the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to make calls to prospective customers, handle inquiries, and develop them into project wins and new revenue.
* UK driving licence.
* IT literate with MS Office skills.
