Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional housing regeneration contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis to oversee a project across the Halifax area. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full customer journey, from pre-start visits and resident profiling through to day-to-day communication, complaint handling, and post-completion aftercare.

* Prior experience in a customer service role in either new build housing or housing regeneration programs.
* An organised, proactive and confident individual.
* Strong communication and administration skills.
