Your new role
As Production Engineer, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic manufacturing operation, driving process efficiency, product introduction, and strategic improvement projects. You'll work cross-functionally to refine workflows, introduce new products seamlessly to the shop floor, and lead ergonomic initiatives that uplift productivity and safety.Key areas of focus will include:
* Optimising production processes and supporting new product integration
* Enhancing workplace ergonomics and designing tooling for operator comfort
* Coaching and mentoring shop floor staff in engineering best practices
* Supporting long-term cost reduction through lean methodologies and data-driven analysis
* Conducting root cause investigations and leading cross-functional problem-solving initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
1. Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
2. Hands-on experience with Creo CAD and Windchill PLM systems
