Corporate Insurance – Senior Associate / Legal Director (5–10 PQE) – London
We’re supporting a global law firm with the hire of a senior lawyer into its Corporate Insurance team in London. This is a key strategic role within a well-established practice that advises across the full range of insurance sector transactions, from UK and cross-border M&A to Part VII transfers, joint ventures and regulatory structuring.
You’ll work closely with market-leading partners on complex mandates involving insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and financial sponsors. This is a highly visible role with significant client exposure, the opportunity to lead on matters, and clear progression potential.
The team forms part of the wider corporate group, with a strong reputation in the sector and deep experience in both life and non-life. Their work spans transactional, structuring and advisory mandates — with a particular focus on deals requiring regulatory and cross-border coordination.
What they’re looking for:
* 5–10 PQE, ideally with a mix of M&A and insurance sector experience
* Strong commercial judgement and confidence managing transactions
* A collaborative and client-facing approach
Salary: £170,000 – £210,000 + bonus
