Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Consignment Specialist to manage inventory, customer orders, and consignment stock across a portfolio of key accounts. Job Title: Consignment Specialist Location: Camberley Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience Key Responsibilities Oversee consignment stock activities, including inventory monitoring, replenishment, contract administration, expiry management, and returns processing. Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, and customer data maintenance. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, stock availability, delivery issues, and account queries. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels. Investigate and resolve complaints, returns, and order-related discrepancies.
