Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant in your local store, your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers will help them find the right sleep products for their needs, delivering great sleep every night with the help of our sleepPRO technology. We offer full training and support to help you succeed and understand how we work in the right way.
We want our stores to be places our teams are proud of, so you will help keep the store looking fresh and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Our customers visit after work or during evenings, weekends and bank holidays, which are our peak trade hours. There is an uncapped commission structure, so it is essential to be available during those hours. Overtime is available at times, and we understand you have a life outside work, so you will receive days back for weekend work when possible.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and advise on the right sleep products.
* Utilise product knowledge and sleepPRO technology to support customers’ decisions.
* Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.
* Work during peak hours (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) and contribute to sales targets.
* Participate in training and follow store procedures to ensure a high standard of operation.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role is ideal.
* Confident communication skills with the ability to spot sales opportunities.
* Resilient, resourceful, and willing to try new approaches to help the store succeed.
