The Role
You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. This is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The role is primarily permanent, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is open to candidates interested in senior market roles, as they have an executive search division conducting retained searches.
The Package
* Basic salary: £30,000 - £40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings exceeding a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts
* Work arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote per week

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment, with client acquisition experience
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience hiring internationally is advantageous
* Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
* Experience in IT recruitment
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is preferred
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
