A prestigious UK law firm with a strong presence in Scotland is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PQE) to join its Commercial Services team, specialising in Commercial Contracts, IP/IT, and Data Privacy.
The Opportunity

You’ll advise a diverse client base across the UK and internationally, spanning sectors from technology to regulated industries like food, medical devices, and cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
* Advising on data protection, IP, outsourcing, and procurement matters.
* Supporting major projects and transactional due diligence.
* Contributing to the integration of AI tools into legal workflows.
* Supervising junior team members and managing client relationships.
About You
* Qualified solicitor (Scotland or England & Wales) with 3-8 years PQE.
* Strong experience in commercial contracts and data protection.
* Interest in legal tech and AI innovation.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
