Your new role
As Associate Mechanical Engineer, you’ll:
1. Lead mechanical design and project delivery from concept topletion.
2. Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians.
3. Own client relationships, prepare fee bids, and present solutions.
4. Deliver technical reports, calculations, and BIM-integrated designs.
5. Oversee project finances, resource planning, and quality reviews.
6. Drive sustainability andmercial oues across your projects.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
8. 5+ years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
9. Experience leading teams and deliveringplex projects.
10. Strong client-facing and business development skills.
11. BIM/CAD proficiency and digital engineering awareness.
12. A mindset ready for leadership, influence, and impact.
