Overview
People Partner role at Capital on Tap. All-in-one credit card and spend management platform serving over 200k businesses. Hybrid role: 3 days per week in Brighton office; 1–2 days London if needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support Sales team in Brighton, coaching managers through high-volume employee relations (ER) cases.
* Act as first‑line contact for managers and employees, escalating complex cases as required.
* Use ER data and trends to identify and recommend proactive solutions.
* Partner with Senior People Partner on performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, inclusion initiatives.
* Deliver key people programs and cycles.
Qualifications
* People and/or ER‑focused role experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment (sales, contact centre, etc.).
* Confidence managing high volumes of ER cases with a commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; calm under pressure and confident advising managers.
* UK employment law and HR policy knowledge.
* Resilient, solutions‑focused, motivated to grow within a supportive team.

Interview Process
30‑minute intro with Talent Partner; 1‑hour interview with Senior People Partner; 1.5‑hour short task with Senior & Lead People Partner and meeting Brighton sales leadership on‑site.
