Responsibilities
* Reviewing and improving production processes to maximise efficiency and quality
* Responding efficiently to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Identifying and resolving production issues
* Managing parts, contractors, and maintenance records
* Ensuring processes meet health, safety, and environmental standards
Experience
* Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
* Understanding of process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience producing or working to SOPs and technical documentation
* An understanding of HSE regulations and best practice
* Qualifications such as HNC/HND or relevant technical certifications would be advantageous
