Responsibilities
* Support people in different settings who need additional help to live independently.
* Help people learn new skills and provide assistance to someone who is older or has a disability or needs support with aspects of their care.
* Provide support in the person’s own home and in the community.
* Work with a compassionate, empathetic approach and bring a sense of purpose to everyday tasks.
