This role is for 3 days per week and focuses on bringing new homes to perfection through expert snagging and repairs. The Role: As a Finisher on our new build development, you'll be the final touchpoint, ensuring every property meets the highest standards of quality and presentation before it's handed over. Your precision and versatility will be crucial. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking comprehensive snagging and remedial works across various trades to an impeccable standard. Performing minor joinery tasks, such as adjusting doors, fitting architraves/skirting, and making good any blemishes. Carrying out touch-up painting and decorating, ensuring seamless and flawless finishes. Completing minor plaster patching and making good on walls and ceilings. Addressing any other identified defects or imperfections to achieve a pristine final product. Working efficiently and cleanly, managing your own workload to meet handover deadlines.
