What you'll do
This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:
* Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
* Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm‑fresh produce (as much as we do!)
* Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
* Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings
What we're looking for
* Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence
* Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
* Self‑motivated to reach and exceed targets
* Resilient and able to handle rejection
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
* No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
* Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
