I am looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control professional to join a growing Fresh produce business.
Key responsibilities:
* Carrying out detailed checks on labels, packaging and printed film to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Monitoring fresh produce quality
* Recording, tracking and reviewing quality data using a tablet device
* Collecting shelf-life samples when require
* Supporting fruit quality standards on site and reporting any issues identified promptly
* Assisting in maintaining company quality procedures and supporting the wider production team
What we're looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Good written and spoken English communication skills
* Comfortable using tablets and digital recording systems
* Able to work in a chilled production environment (3°C-13°C)
* Previous Quality Control experience is essential
* Previous experience in fruit or fresh produce Quality Control
