Residential Conveyancer - Up to £45,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join a regional, multi-service law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Conveyancer with previous experience across Sales, Purchases, Leasehold and Freehold transactions. The incoming Residential Conveyancer will also be able to progress an established caseload (circa 80 files) with the support of a wider admin team and dedicated legal assistant.
There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer with the ambition and drive to cultivate an established client base.
The Candidate
* Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience running their own caseload from instruction to completion
* Previous experience of Remortgage is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
