Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join our clients Wills & Probate Department in Leamington Spa. The firm is seeking a candidate with aminimum of 3 years' experience managing a full private client caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of Wills, LPAs, Trusts and Estates from instruction to completion
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both in writing and by phone
* Progress client matters promptly, keeping clients updated on progress and costs
* Deliver outstanding client care across all matters
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience handling a full Wills & Probate caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong fee-earning record
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
