Private Client Solicitor
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)
We are a growing and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our successful Private Client team in Brighton.

The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including:
* Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
* Probate and estate administration, including taxable estates
* Inheritance tax (IHT) planning
* Trusts and succession planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients
You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative private client department, with access to strong support and the opportunity to develop your practice.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Solid experience in Private Client / Probate work
* Ability to manage files with a good level of autonomy
Strong client‑care skills and attention to detail
* A collaborative and approachable manner
