About the Role
You’ll manage finance, HR, ICT, premises, and compliance, keeping the school running smoothly so teaching staff can focus on what they do best – transforming young lives. You’ll also be part of the senior leadership team, helping shape strategy and school improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial management, budgeting, and procurement
* Manage HR, recruitment, staff development, and payroll
* Oversee compliance, health & safety, and data protection
* Support leadership in strategic planning and school improvement
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the school office
About You
* Degree in business, accountancy, or related field (SBM Level 4 desirable)
* Leadership experience in a school or similar setting
* Strong financial, HR, and compliance knowledge
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
* Committed to safeguarding and supporting students
