We are looking for a Conference and Events Assistant to support banquet operations at the DoubleTree Brighton Metropole.

Responsibilities
* Set up and facilitate the running of banquets and events.
* Able to serve refreshments and maintain clean, hazard‑free areas.
* Own knowledge of all room set ups.
* Work flexible shifts and part-time 20 hours per week.
* Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork with other members.
