TEACHING ASSISTANTS (permanent)

The Governors wish to appoint 2 permanent Teaching Assistants to work in the main school site experienced in working with students with Special Educational Needs. The post involves providing dedicated support to individuals and groups of students. Ideal candidates would have some experience of working with students with Dyslexia and/or Speech and Language difficulties. An interest in supporting students with Maths would be an advantage but not essential.
The hours of work are 30 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 3.15 p.m. term time (plus inset days). The actual salary is £17,641 to £17,920 a year (39 working weeks, 45.05 paid weeks a year). The salary is based on Single Status, Grade 4, spinal points 9 to 10, £25,185 to £25,583. If you would prefer to work less than 30 hours a week, please include this in your application.
