The Story

Our product is steeped in history, and as brand custodians, it is our role to protect it. The first boot, created by engineers, started our iconic legacy. Looking to the future, engineering will be key to delivering the next 60 years. We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Global Supply Chain team, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager.


The Role

Our engineering team has been working to capture, evolve, and grow our manufacturing processes. We are now looking for a Graduate Engineer to help expand our work and explore new opportunities.


Responsibilities

* Support, maintain, and improve current global production processes.
* Develop and deliver documentation for current and future practices.
* Implement Kaizen principles to drive efficiency and profitability in manufacturing.
* Research, evaluate, and develop new processes and technologies.
* Enhance the capabilities of our supplier base by sharing knowledge and techniques.


What You Bring

* A degree or recognized qualification in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, or similar.
* Knowledge of engineering principles; manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
* Experience with process mapping and documentation.
* A keen interest in footwear manufacturing and a connection to our brand.
* Ability to place the consumer at the heart of strategy, analyze market trends, and competition.
* Strong communication skills to influence and build collective goals.
* Ability to balance strategic change with short-term needs and set clear expectations.
